Notre Dame School's PTA Hosts Successful Stress Management and Career Counseling Event

Patna: Notre Dame School’s Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) on Saturday organized an enriching event for Class 10 students focusing on stress management and career counseling. Held at the school’s Julie Hall, the event was designed to support students as they navigate the pressures of academic life and plan their future careers.

Dr. Santosh Kumar, Head of the Department of Psychiatry at NMCH Patna, and Dr. Kumar Utkarsh led an insightful session on stress management. They provided valuable techniques and strategies to help students cope with the stress of upcoming board exams. Their interactive approach and practical tips were well-received, with students actively participating in discussions and exercises aimed at reducing stress.

Following this, Tripti and Harigovind from Grey Matter Institute conducted a comprehensive career counseling program. They guided students through various career options, helping them understand their strengths and interests, and offered advice on navigating future educational and professional paths.

Sister Mary Neha SND, the principal of Notre Dame School, extended her heartfelt thanks to the speakers for their engaging sessions. She emphasized the importance of such initiatives in supporting students’ overall well-being and academic success.
