IIT Patna Observes Vigilance Awareness Week, Embracing Integrity Pledge for Nation’s Prosperity

Patna: IIT Patna is actively observing Vigilance Awareness Week from October 28 to November 3, 2024, promoting the theme “Culture of Integrity for Nation’s Prosperity” (“सत्यनिष्ठा की संस्कृति से राष्ट्र की समृद्धि”). This annual observance aims to foster ethical practices and enhance transparency within the institution.

The week began with faculty and staff taking the integrity pledge, led by Director Prof. T. N. Singh. This pledge highlights IIT Patna’s dedication to upholding the values of honesty and accountability, demonstrating a united commitment to creating a principled environment on campus.

Through various activities and discussions, IIT Patna seeks to instill a deep-rooted culture of integrity that aligns with the nation’s developmental goals. Emphasising vigilance and ethical practices is seen as fundamental to building a prosperous and transparent future for all.
