Patna : East Central Railway will operate daily unreserved MEMU special trains between Patna and Prayagraj from October 11 to 26, 2026, to facilitate travel for devotees visiting Vindhyachal during the Sharadiya Navratri period.
The special services are intended to provide additional rail connectivity for passengers travelling from Patna, Danapur, Ara, Buxar and other stations to seek the blessings of Maa Vindhyavasini.
According to East Central Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Saraswati Chandra, train numbers 04182 (Prayagraj–Patna MEMU Special) and 04181 (Patna–Prayagraj MEMU Special) will operate during this period. Both services will be unreserved.
Prayagraj To Patna Train: Timetable And Stops
Train number 04182 will depart from Prayagraj at 11.15 am daily from October 11 to 26. It will stop at Vindhyachal at 12.35 pm before continuing through Mirzapur, Chunar, DDU, Buxar and Ara to reach Patna Junction at 8.15 pm.

Train number 04181 will depart from Patna Junction at 9 pm daily. It will travel through Danapur, Ara, Buxar and DDU before reaching Vindhyachal early the following morning. The train is scheduled to arrive at Prayagraj at 6.30 am.
