Foundation Stone Laid for Pataliputra University Buildings in Bakhtiyarpur

Patna: The foundation stone for the administrative and academic buildings of Pataliputra University was laid in Bakhtiyarpur. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar emphasized the need to expedite the construction of the under-construction elevated road and service road connecting the area to the Bakhtiyarpur four-lane highway.

The completion of this roadwork is expected to significantly ease access for local residents, students of Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering, and visitors to the Pataliputra University campus. The CM directed officials to ensure the work is completed at the earliest to prevent inconvenience to commuters.

The new infrastructure will enhance educational facilities in the region and contribute to the development of Bakhtiyarpur. The improved road connectivity will also boost accessibility, supporting both academic and administrative activities at Pataliputra University.

The project reflects the state government’s commitment to strengthening higher education infrastructure while addressing local developmental needs.
