State Award Rally 2024 Held by East Central Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides in Hajipur

Hajipur: The East Central Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides State Headquarters, Hajipur, organized the “State Award Rally 2024” at the Vaishali Rail Auditorium. The event honoured 158 Scouts and Guides with the prestigious State Award, presented by General Manager Chhatrasal Singh, who also serves as the Patron of the organization.

The rally was attended by Additional General Manager Amarendra Kumar, Principal Chief Commercial Manager Shiv Kumar Prasad, and other department heads. The State Award is the highest recognition for Scouts and Guides at the state level, earned after a rigorous assessment process that evaluates their knowledge, skills, and adherence to values.

In his address, the General Manager praised the Scouts and Guides for their contributions to society, emphasising their role in promoting discipline, social harmony, and community service. He highlighted their commendable efforts during Diwali and Chhath Puja this year and applauded their focus on the mental, intellectual, and physical development of children.

The General Manager extended his congratulations to all the Scouts, Guides, Rovers, and Rangers from various divisions of East Central Railway, along with their staff and leaders, for their dedication. He also commended the Chief State Commissioner and the organising team for the successful execution of the rally during the Diamond Jubilee year of the organisation.
