Bihar BJP Celebrates 76th Republic Day with Patriotic Fervour

Patna: The Bihar BJP State Office marked the 76th Republic Day with enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. State BJP President and Bihar’s Revenue and Land Reforms Minister, Dr. Dilip Jaiswal, led the celebrations by hoisting the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem.

Slogans such as Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram echoed through the office, along with tributes to Mahatma Gandhi. The celebratory atmosphere was enhanced by the distribution of traditional jalebis. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister, Samrat Chaudhary, also attended the event.

Honouring the Nation’s Legacy

Addressing party members and workers, Dr. Jaiswal extended his wishes to the citizens of Bihar and the country. He emphasized the importance of remembering the sacrifices of freedom fighters, martyrs, and brave soldiers, urging everyone to actively participate in the democratic process.

“Today, we must pledge to contribute to the national interest and uphold the values of justice, equality, and brotherhood enshrined in our Constitution,” Dr. Jaiswal said. He praised the Constitution for uniting the country and enabling India’s pride as the world’s largest democracy.

India’s Global Rise

Highlighting the country’s progress under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Dr. Jaiswal noted efforts to uplift marginalized communities and bring them into the mainstream. He remarked, “Since independence, every step has been taken to empower those standing at the last rung of society. Today, India commands greater respect on the global stage.”

The event saw the participation of several BJP leaders, including state general secretary Jagannath Thakur, MP Bhim Singh Chandravanshi, media co-in-charge Prabhat Malakar, and youth wing state president Bhartendu Mishra. A large number of party workers and officials were also present.
