Bihar: BJP’s JP Nadda Promises Development, Blasts Corruption at Khagaria Campaign Rally
Khagaria: BJP national president JP Nadda addressed a public meeting in Khagaria on Wednesday, where he launched a scathing attack on corruption within the opposition parties while championing the cause of development and good governance.
During his address at the Bhagwan High School grounds in Gogri, Nadda highlighted the importance of eliminating corruption from the political landscape. He emphasized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to eradicating corruption and ensuring accountability in governance, contrasting it with what he described as the opposition’s attempts to shield corrupt individuals.
Accompanied by Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary and other prominent leaders, Nadda rallied support for NDA candidate Rajesh Verma from the Khagaria Lok Sabha seat, outlining various developmental initiatives undertaken by the government under Modi’s leadership.
In a targeted attack on the Congress-RJD alliance, Nadda accused them of being embroiled in numerous corruption scandals, ranging from rice and sugar scams to misuse of government resources. He alleged that corruption had permeated every level of governance, citing examples from across the country.
Nadda also underscored the significance of self-reliance and economic growth under the Modi government, citing India’s rise as the fifth-largest economy in the world. He urged the electorate to vote for the BJP-led alliance to continue the trajectory of progress and development.
Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary echoed Nadda’s sentiments, criticizing the dynastic politics prevalent in opposition parties and highlighting the need for transparent and accountable governance.
Nadda’s rally in Khagaria is part of a series of election meetings across Bihar, aimed at galvanizing support for NDA candidates in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Following his engagement in Khagaria, Nadda is scheduled to address another election rally in Jhanjharpur before returning to Delhi.
