Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar held a significant meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday, marking his first encounter with the two leaders since the formation of the NDA government in Bihar on January 28.

The dialogue between PM Modi and CM Nitish lasted approximately thirty minutes. After the meeting with PM Modi, CM Nitish informed the media that he will remain in the NDA. “I may have wavered a couple of times in the past, but I will not do so again. We have been together since 1995,” Nitish said.

Regarding seat sharing within the NDA for the Lok Sabha elections, the Bihar CM stated that it was not relevant to discuss it at present.

Notably, the last interaction between the two leaders occurred in September last year during a dinner party hosted by President Draupadi Murmu amidst the G20 leaders Summit in New Delhi.

Speculations suggest that the meeting with PM Modi primarily centered around crucial topics such as the upcoming floor test of the NDA government in Bihar scheduled for February 12, potential cabinet expansions, strategies for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, and discussions on seat sharing.
