Bandana Preyashi, secretary of the industries department, emphasized Bihar’s evolving identity. “Bihar is not just about Madhubani paintings, Bhagalpur silk, or litchis; it is also emerging as an investment hub,” she said. Resident commissioner Kundan Kumar urged expatriate Biharis to engage with the state’s development through the Bihar Foundation’s ‘Bonding, Branding, and Business’ initiative.
Highlighting the artistry on display, Shekhar Anand, technical development director, said, “Every artwork here tells the story of Bihar’s craftsmanship and heritage. Our artisans are preserving history while shaping the future.”
