The District Transport Officer was directed to ensure availability of adequate vehicles and to set up help desks for facilitating athletes’ local travel.
On the security front, the City Police Superintendent was tasked with identifying parking zones, drop gates, and frisking points to manage large spectator turnout. Officials were also asked to ramp up publicity campaigns in and around Gaya to boost awareness and local participation.
