In Madhepura, a 500-meter-long Pipa bridge will be built between Zeromile and Kapasia Ghat on the Kosi river, benefiting approximately 80,000 people in 14 panchayats of Madhepura and Khagaria districts. This project has been allocated Rs 25.13 crore.

Another 732-meter-long pontoon bridge will be constructed between Nainijor village in Buxar district and Haldi village in Ballia district, Uttar Pradesh, at a cost of Rs 16.47 crore.
