Bihar Labor Department Launches 22-Day Guidance Program for BPSC Mains Candidates

Patna: State Labor Resources Department on Friday inaugurated a guidance program for the preparation of the 70th Combined Mains Examination conducted by the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC).

The event took place at the Manthan Auditorium in the Niyojan Bhawan, led by Deepak Anand, Secretary of the Labor Resources Department. A total of 35 candidates who passed the preliminary examination participated in this initiative.

During the program, Secretary Anand emphasized the importance of time management during the written exam, advising candidates to provide concise, to-the-point answers.

He shared his personal experiences from civil service examinations, highlighting effective strategies for answering essay and general knowledge questions to achieve high scores.

The guidance program spans 22 days and will feature insights from officials of the Labor Resources Department and subject matter experts.

Priyanka Kumari, Amrita Kumari, and Shyam Prakash Shukla, Deputy Directors from the Directorate of Planning and Training, were also present at the event.

Anand said, “Our goal is to equip candidates with essential skills and strategies to excel in their upcoming exams.”

The initiative aims to enhance candidates’ preparation by focusing on critical exam techniques and providing mentorship throughout the process.

This program comes as candidates gear up for the BPSC 70th Combined Mains Exam scheduled from April 25 to 30.

The registration process for this examination commenced on February 21 and will conclude on March 17.
