Begusarai: Former IPS officer Vikas Vaibhav, during a meeting with members of “Let’s Inspire Bihar” in Begusarai today, emphasized the need for social change and announced the “Vikasit Bihar Sankalp Sabha” to be held in Patna.

Vaibhav addressed questions regarding his decision to leave the civil service, stating that personal reasons drive such choices, and refrained from commenting on specific individuals. He highlighted the growing movement in Bihar for positive change, with many individuals, including former civil servants, willing to contribute.
