Bihar: Women display enthusiasm to join the Military Police at Danapur Recruitment Rally
DANAPUR – In a remarkable display of grit and determination, female candidates participating in the Danapur Recruitment Rally exhibited unwavering enthusiasm as they aspired to join the ranks of the Military Police. The event, held on Saturday, saw around 450 shortlisted women from 18 districts in Bihar converging at the recruitment grounds to prove their mettle.
The rally, organized across Bihar, with 7 districts under the Danapur recruitment office and 11 districts under the Gaya recruitment office, became a platform for these women to showcase their zeal, passion, and commitment to serving in the Women’s Military Police.
The day commenced at the break of dawn, with the Women’s Military Police recruitment rally kicking off at 3 AM, becoming a routine as the eager participants gathered at the rest area. Subsequently, the marshaling area witnessed a systematic progression as the female candidates engaged in the physical tests, including a challenging 1.6 km run, a 10-foot long jump, and a 3-foot high jump.
The physical tests not only gauged their physical prowess but also underscored the determination and spirit these women bring to the prospect of serving in the Military Police. Those who successfully navigated the rigorous tests are now poised to undergo medical examinations conducted by female doctors from the Danapur Military Hospital.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of the female candidates, the recruitment rally venue saw a deployment of an ample number of civil women police personnel.
As the recruitment rally unfolds, the final day on Sunday (December 3), promises to be significant. Female candidates from the remaining 20 districts of Jharkhand and Bihar are gearing up to join their counterparts in Danapur, adding to the collective enthusiasm that permeates this extraordinary event.
