BPSC Announces Dates for 70th Combined Competitive Exam Mains Amid Calls for Re-Examination

Patna: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the schedule for the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (Mains), which will be held from April 21 to 25 in Patna. Around 23,000 candidates will appear for the exam, competing for over 2,000 administrative and gazetted posts.
The announcement comes amid ongoing protests by candidates demanding a re-examination of the preliminary test, alleging irregularities in the process. Protesters have called on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the commission to address their concerns. Despite the unrest, the BPSC has proceeded with the exam schedule and advised aspirants to stay updated through the official website.
