East Central Railway General Manager Reviews Station Redevelopment Progress in Hajipur 

Hajipur: General Manager of East Central Railway, Chhatrasal Singh, conducted a meeting with officials today to review the ongoing progress of station redevelopment projects. The meeting, held at the headquarters in Hajipur, focused on the redevelopment of stations under the Amrit Bharat Station Yojana, aiming to enhance passenger facilities and modernize railway infrastructure.

During the meeting, Singh instructed the officials to closely monitor the redevelopment works, ensuring that the projects are executed on time and with high-quality construction standards. The General Manager emphasized the importance of timely completion and the provision of world-class amenities at the stations to improve the overall travel experience.

As part of this initiative, 97 railway stations under East Central Railway are currently undergoing redevelopment. Once completed, these stations will feature modern, hi-tech facilities that blend advanced technology with local culture and heritage. The redevelopment is designed to provide a better, safer, and more comfortable travel experience for passengers.

The Amrit Bharat Station Scheme aims to transform railway stations into state-of-the-art hubs, enhancing both infrastructure and passenger services.
