Exit Polls: NDA Expected to Secure 32+ Seats in Bihar, I.N.D.I.A. Projected to Win 4-8 Seats
Patna: The last phase of the Lok Sabha elections has concluded, with results slated for announcement on June 4. Exit polls from various agencies have also come out, providing insights into the potential outcomes in Bihar.
According to exit polls from five different agencies, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is projected to secure between 32 and 36 seats in Bihar. In contrast, the India Alliance is anticipated to gain 4 to 6 seats.
India Today-Axis My India: This exit poll indicates a significant loss for the NDA, projecting a reduction of 6 to 10 seats. It suggests that the India Alliance could win 6 to 7 seats, marking an increase of 5 to 6 seats from the previous election.
Zee News: The NDA is expected to lose 2 to 6 seats, while the India Alliance could gain 1 to 6 seats according to this exit poll.
India TV CNX: This exit poll forecasts the NDA winning 32 to 35 seats, indicating a loss of 4 to 7 seats. The India Alliance is predicted to secure 6 to 8 seats.
Republic Bharat-Matriz: The NDA is projected to win 32 seats, with the India Alliance gaining 1 to 6 seats.
ABP C Voters: This poll suggests the NDA could secure between 34 and 38 seats, while the India Alliance might win 3 to 5 seats.
In Bihar, elections were held for 40 Lok Sabha seats. The BJP contested 17 seats, while the JD (U) contested 16. From the NDA quota, Chirag Paswan’s LJP (Ram Vilas) ran for 5 seats, Upendra Kushwaha’s Rashtriya Lok Morcha for 1, and Jitan Ram Manjhi’s HAM for 1 seat. On the India Alliance side, the RJD contested 23 seats, Congress 9, Left parties 5, and VIP 3 seats.
