Gaya: IIM Bodh Gaya has recently conducted the Nurturing Future Leadership Programme (NFLP) for the first time in Bihar, spanning three batches from June to July. This Faculty Leadership Development Programme, conceptualised by the Ministry of Education under the Malaviya Mission for Teacher Training, is a prestigious, selection-based 5-day residential course aimed at enhancing leadership skills among faculty members from public-funded higher education institutions.
NFLP is being offered by top institutions in the country, including six IITs and 14 IIMs, under the NIRF Management Rankings.
