LJP’s Shambhavi Choudhary Engages Samastipur Electorate in Vibrant Campaign Trail
Samastipur: In a bid to bolster her electoral prospects, Shambhavi Choudhary, the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) candidate from the NDA alliance in the Samastipur parliamentary constituency, spearheaded a public relations campaign across various locales in the Bhagirathpur Panchayat of Kalyanpur assembly constituency on Thursday. Venturing into the heart of the electorate, Choudhary traversed different wards of the Panchayat, seeking the blessings of the voters and engaging with the community, including a visit to the Jute Mill Colony.
Marking a poignant moment in her campaign trail, Choudhary paid homage at the Bhagirathpur Kalhuara Durga Temple, underlining her commitment to the spiritual and cultural fabric of Samastipur. In a fervent appeal to the electorate, she rallied support for the NDA alliance, framing it as pivotal for the holistic development of both the nation and the Samastipur region.
Reflecting on her month-long immersion in the local milieu, Choudhary expressed gratitude for the overwhelming affection and support extended by the populace, evincing confidence in her electoral prospects. She remarked that the overwhelming support signaled an impending victory, awaiting only the formal coronation at the polls.
Responding to queries from journalists, Choudhary unveiled her imminent manifesto, outlining a comprehensive strategy for the development of Samastipur. Emphasizing the imperative to stem the tide of migration and foster local industry, she pledged to spearhead initiatives aimed at establishing agriculture-based industries. Additionally, she vowed to address the perennial challenge of floods through concerted government intervention, even contemplating diplomatic overtures with the Nepal government if necessary.
The public relations drive witnessed a confluence of political luminaries and grassroots activists, with former chief Suraj Kumar, former chairperson of the Women’s Commission Ashwamedh Devi, Deputy Mayor of the Municipal Corporation Rambalak Paswan, former Warisnagar chief Shivshankar Mahato, and a throng of BJP, JDU, and LJP workers, including those aligned with the late Ram Vilas Paswan, lending their unequivocal support to Choudhary’s electoral bid.
