The police will take strict action against individuals creating disturbances under the influence of alcohol. A crackdown on bikers and drug addicts will be enforced.
The Excise Department will also actively pursue drug addicts and traffickers. Police have already apprehended several youths for speeding in various parts of the city and imposed fines.
