Patna: Two men have been arrested and a manhunt is ongoing for a third suspect in connection with the gang rape of a 13-year-old girl in the Paliganj subdivision area of Patna. The victim has undergone a medical examination, according to police.

The horrific incident came to light after the girl was reported missing on Friday evening. Her family reported that she had left their home around 7:00 PM to purchase biscuits from a local shop. They allege that three men from their village abducted her as she walked to the store.

When the victim did not return home, the family searched for her. On Saturday, the father filed a written complaint,” DSP Kumar stated.
