Pawan Singh Unveils Fierce First Look of Bhojpuri Action Drama Bajrangi
Patna: Bhojpuri cinema’s ‘power star’ Pawan Singh is set to return in a formidable new avatar with Bajrangi, an action-packed drama that blends intense emotions with high-octane thrills. Produced under the banner of Yash Films and presented by Abhay Sinha, the film’s first look was recently unveiled, showcasing Singh in a fiery and aggressive persona, hinting at the film’s passionate and intense storyline.
More than just an action thriller, Bajrangi is a family drama centered on the brother-sister bond, promising a gripping mix of emotion, action, and entertainment. In the first-look poster, Singh’s fierce expression suggests a character driven by justice and revenge. Speaking about the film, he said, “Whenever a deceitful person has set his sights on Sita’s dignity, Bajrangi has put his life on the line. This film is all about passion, emotion, and retribution. Bhojpuri audiences should get ready for the most spectacular action film ever.”
Directed by Rajneesh Mishra, known for his box-office successes, Bajrangi carries his signature touch, with Mishra also handling the screenplay, dialogues, and music. The film’s soundtrack, composed by the director himself, is expected to feature soulful yet high-energy tracks. The songs and trailer will soon be released on Ashi Music’s official YouTube channel, further building anticipation for what many expect to be Bhojpuri cinema’s biggest blockbuster of 2025.
Producer Abhay Sinha describes Bajrangi as more than just a film, calling it “an ideology” that highlights women’s dignity, justice, and the strength of relationships. “The film will offer Pawan Singh in a never-before-seen, powerful role, a unique take on sibling bonds, a seamless mix of action and emotion, and Rajneesh Mishra’s musical magic—all backed by a grand production scale,” Sinha added.
The technical team behind Bajrangi boasts some of the industry’s finest talents. The film’s cinematography is helmed by Devendra Tiwari, editing by Pritam Nayak, and action sequences choreographed by Tinu Verma. Renowned lyricists Pyare Lal Yadav, Rajneesh Mishra, and Prafull Tiwari have contributed to the film’s soundtrack, while the choreography team includes Sanjay Korve, Prasun Yadav, Nandan Prasad, and Manoj K. Gupta. Rajiv Sharma serves as the art director, and Ranjan Sinha is handling the film’s publicity.
