Patna: Former poll strategist and Jan Suraj campaign convenor, Prashant Kishor, on Wednesday responded to the statements made by Rohini Acharya, the daughter of RJD chief Lalu Prasad. Kishor, known for his strategic acumen, addressed the remarks during a press interaction at Jhajharpur in Madhubani, maintaining his stance on Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Lalu’s son and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar.

During the media interaction, Kishor asserted, “Whoever wants to give any statement on me can give it. I am repeating what I said every day. Even today I am saying that I have not said that Tejashwi is good, bad, knowledgeable, or foolish. I just said that his identity is only that he is Lalu’s son. I said that he is class 9th fail. If he has not, then he can come in front of the camera and say that he has done PhD.”

Continuing to address Tejashwi’s public identity, Kishor remarked, “I also talked about his cricket career. I also told reporters that his only identity is that he is Lalu’s son. If Tejashwi has done any feat in the field of studies, sports, or the social field, then let us know, and we will note it down.”

During a subsequent conversation with journalists, Kishor elucidated his perspective, stating, “My grandfather was a doctor, so I am saying every day that my grandfather was a doctor. In the same way, if your father was the Chief Minister, then you will be told that your father was the Chief Minister. This is the reason why you are sitting on the chair of Deputy Chief Minister. What is there to feel bad about?”

Asserting the need for clarity, Kishor challenged Tejashwi to refute his claims if they were indeed inaccurate. “If I am wrong, then he should refute it. Let him know that I am spreading lies. I don’t understand why Tejashwi is so nervous,” Kishor added.
