Public Relations Department Takes Road Safety Oath in Patna

Patna : The Information and Public Relations Department reaffirmed its commitment to road safety today, with Director Vaibhav Shrivastava administering a formal oath to all officers and employees. The event, held at the department’s headquarters, underscored the importance of adhering to traffic regulations and fostering a culture of safe and responsible driving.
As part of the pledge, participants vowed to follow all road safety rules diligently. The oath included commitments to wear helmets while riding two-wheelers, use seat belts while driving four-wheelers, avoid mobile phone use while driving, and refrain from reckless or high-speed driving. Additionally, they pledged to encourage their families and communities to observe traffic laws and assist road accident victims whenever possible.
“I will strive to cultivate a clean, healthy, and safe road culture,” read the final line of the oath, reflecting the department’s focus on promoting public awareness about responsible driving.
Senior officials, including Joint Secretary Vidyu Bhushan Choudhary, Special Officer Kumaril Satyanandan, and Joint Director Ravi Bhushan Sahay, were present at the event, along with the entire department staff.
