Rain Alert: 15 Bihar Districts Warned of 40KM/H Winds and Lightning Risk
Patna: The weather of many districts of the state including the capital Patna will remain normal on Saturday. There is a possibility of sporadic rain with thunder at some places. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this type of weather will continue due to the moist air coming into the state from the Bay of Bengal via Sikkim.
The IMD has issued a yellow alert regarding rain in 15 districts of the state. Which includes Jamui, Banka, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Kaimur, Rohtas, Aurangabad, Gaya, Nawada, West Champaran, East Champaran, Sheohar, Sitamarhi and Madhubani.
There will be thunder, lightning and strong wind at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour in these districts. There may be partial rain at some places in the northern part of the state on Saturday.
The weather will remain normal in Patna on Saturday. There will be sunshine during the day. Winds will also blow, due to which the feeling of heat will reduce. On Friday, the maximum temperature of Patna recorded an increase of 5.1 degrees C. The maximum temperature of Patna was recorded at 33.5 degrees C. Whereas, the highest maximum temperature of the state was recorded in Aurangabad with 38.5 degrees C.
