Law and order will be further reinforced by a temporary police station and control room established at the venue.
Emergency healthcare services have been arranged at key hospitals, including AIIMS, PMCH, NMCH, IGIMS, and Gardiner Road Hospital. The Civil Surgeon will ensure readiness for any medical emergencies. Anti-sabotage checks will also be conducted for all vehicles and equipment entering the venue to maintain security.
Fifteen Bihar Government departments will showcase tableaux at the event, highlighting development schemes, social reform campaigns, and women empowerment initiatives. Nodal officers have been appointed for the tableaux, which will undergo strict security checks before entry.
