Schools in Patna to Reopen with Revised Timings Amid Improved Weather Conditions

Patna: With the slight improvement in the cold wave and weather conditions, District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh has announced the reopening of schools in Patna, effective from Monday. The decision comes after a few days of foggy mornings followed by sunny afternoons. Schools will operate with restricted timings, following a directive that prohibits educational activities before 9:00 am and after 3:30 pm.

This order applies to all private and government schools, including pre-schools and Anganwadi centers, up to class 8. School administrations have been directed to adjust their schedules accordingly. Special classes and examinations for pre-board and board students are exempted from this restriction.

The new schedule will remain in effect until Jan 31, ensuring the health and safety of students while allowing educational activities to resume as the weather improves.
