Patna: The State Level Youth Festival 2024 will take place at Gandhi Maidan, Lakhisarai, from November 30 to December 2. The event is organized by the Department of Arts, Culture, and Youth in collaboration with the Lakhisarai District Administration. It aims to provide a platform for the youth of Bihar to showcase their talents and gain national recognition.
The festival will be inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha and will feature over 2,000 participants, including solo and group performers, science fair winners, and others. This event follows district-level competitions held in September and October, where winners in 19 art forms, including singing, dancing, and science exhibits, were selected to compete at the state level.
Winners of the state festival will represent Bihar at the National Youth Festival, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, further promoting Bihar’s rich art and culture on a national platform. The festival aims to unite youth across the state and inspire them to excel in their respective fields.
This initiative not only highlights Bihar’s cultural heritage but also provides young artists with an opportunity to gain recognition and support for their talents. With high expectations for its success, the festival is set to become a significant milestone in fostering youth creativity and cultural pride in Bihar.
