Patna: A new wave of dairy retail hit the streets of Patna today as Sudha, under the Patna Dairy Project, inaugurated its premium brand parlour, Kimi Desire, on Ashiana-Digha Road near Saint Xavier’s University. The outlet, launched in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, aims to offer residents of the capital a more refined ice cream and dairy product experience.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Sanjay Kumar, President of Vaishal Pataliputra Milk Producer Cooperative Union Ltd., along with the Union’s Managing Director, Rupesh Raj. Raj Kumar, Managing Director of COMFED, lauded the initiative and extended his best wishes for its success.
“This premium parlour will allow our respected consumers to enjoy the finest Sudha ice cream and dairy products in one place,” Kumar said during the launch event. He emphasised the brand’s continued commitment to quality and innovation for the people of Patna.
Raj added that the Kimi Desire parlour will serve premium ice creams, sundaes, shakes, floats, and other Sudha products in a relaxed, dine-in environment. “This is a step toward modernising our consumer experience while staying rooted in our trusted dairy legacy,” he said.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including board members Basukinath Singh, Shatrughan Rai, and Kamta Yadav, as well as Assistant General Managers Arvind Kumar Sinha and Dharmendra Kumar, among other officials. Plans are already underway to open more Kimi Desire outlets across Patna in the coming months, with an appeal to residents to visit and indulge in Sudha’s latest dairy delights.
