Aurangabad: Seventeen final-year students from the Government Engineering College in Aurangabad have secured positions at Isoscales Power Private Limited, a leading company under the Scope Group of Companies. The recruitment took place through an on-campus placement drive conducted by the institution.
The selected students—all from the Electrical and Electronics Department—include Amit Anand, Vishnu Prakash, Rahul Kumar Roshan, Piyush Kumar, Bittu Kumar, Gaurav Kumar, Kumar Vijay Prakash, Happy Kumar, Vivek Kumar Gupta, Akash Kumar, Satyam Kumar, Prabhakar Kumar, Shailesh Kumar, Sappu Kumar, Sharukh Khan, Santosh Kumar and Pankaj Kumar.
Dr Prashant Mani, principal of the college, congratulated the selected students and described the moment as one of great pride for the institution. He stated, “It is a proud moment for our institution that our students are being selected by reputed private companies.”
He added that approximately 100 students have received job offers from various companies through on-campus placement this year, reflecting the college’s emphasis on quality-based technical education and consistent placement efforts.
