PM Employment Fair: 824 Candidates Receive Appointment Letters in Patna
Patna: The Prime Minister’s Employment Fair was held at the Urja Auditorium in Shastri Nagar, Patna. The event saw 824 candidates selected across nine different Government of India departments receiving their appointment letters, reinforcing the commitment to providing jobs to 10 lakh youth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The program was inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi via video conferencing, emphasizing his government’s focus on employment generation. In Patna, the event was graced by the presence of Rajiv Ranjan Singh, Union Minister for Panchayati Raj, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairy, who served as the chief guest. Singh distributed the appointment letters to the newly recruited personnel and wished them a bright future, urging them to contribute actively to the nation’s progress.
“This initiative underscores our dedication to empowering youth through meaningful employment opportunities. I hope all of you will play a crucial role in nation-building,” Singh remarked during his address.
The event was attended by several senior officials, including V.K. Pal, Inspector-General (SS-V); Chandra Bhushan, Deputy Inspector General, CRPF; Brigadier Pragav Kumar Javastaval, Deputy Inspector General, ITBP; S.S. Mandal, former Director, Postal Department; and Munna Kumar Pandey, APO, Railway Department. Representatives from SSB, including K. Jitanjeet, Deputy Inspector General, and H. Jiten Sindhar, Inspector General, were also present, along with other senior officers from various departments.
Organized under the supervision of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Frontier Headquarters Patna, the event highlighted the government’s efforts to bolster public service employment and provide a platform for youth to contribute to governance and development.
