Workshop on Basic Camera Settings Organized by Patna Women’s College

Patna: The Department of Communicative English and Media Studies (CEMS) at Patna Women’s College organized a workshop on Basic Camera Settings. The event was attended by students of CEMS and the add-on photography course, with the session conducted by Sohail Akhter and his team.

The programme was coordinated by Tauseef Hassan, Head of the Department, along with faculty members Runa, Frank Krishner, Ajay Kumar Jha, Prashant Ravi, and Amitabh Ranjan. The workshop focused on the importance of practical learning over theoretical knowledge.

Students were introduced to basic camera settings, handling techniques, different types of shots, and photography genres. The session also highlighted various career opportunities in photography, providing participants with valuable insights into the field.

The programme was moderated by Netra Singh, a Semester VI student. The workshop concluded with a hands-on photography session, allowing participants to apply the techniques they had learned.
