Patna: The Information and Public Relations Department of Bihar organized a farewell ceremony for three retiring employees, including Additional Secretary Sanjay Krishna, Information Clerk Ramesh Kumar Gupta, and Office Peon Umesh Prasad. The event honored their contributions and years of dedicated service to the department.
During the ceremony, Umesh Prasad and Ramesh Kumar Gupta expressed their gratitude to the department, while Sanjay Krishna reflected on his 28-year-long government career. He highlighted his journey from Deputy Secretary to Additional Secretary since 2017, acknowledging the support he received from colleagues throughout his tenure. Deputy Director Sunil Kumar Pathak also presented a letter of appreciation, praising his administrative skills.
Special Officer Kumaril Satyanandan, Internal Financial Advisor Rizwan Ahmed, Joint Director Ravi Bhushan Sahay, and Joint Secretary Vidhu Bhushan Chaudhary commended the dedication and hard work of the retiring employees. Director Vaibhav Srivastava extended his best wishes for their future, appreciating Sanjay Krishna’s professionalism and fitness.
As per tradition, the retirees were honored with flower pots, garlands, shawls, and gifts. The event, attended by all department employees, was conducted by Deputy Director Neena Jha.
