Patna: Tourism Director Vinay Kumar Rai was given a farewell on his retirement at a ceremony held in the Tourism Directorate auditorium. Tourism Secretary Lokesh Kumar Singh extended his best wishes for Rai’s future and praised his leadership and compassionate nature during his tenure.
Tourism Development Corporation MD Nand Kishore highlighted how Rai’s positive approach made many tasks easier. Deputy Secretary Indu Kumari and OSD Devshree described him as a guiding figure who always provided valuable advice.
The event saw the presence of senior and junior officers, all of whom wished Rai success and happiness in his post-retirement life.
