BJP Will Form Government in Delhi With Full Majority: Deputy CM

Patna: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary said that there is a strong wave in favor of BJP in Delhi, and people from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh living in the capital are ready for a change. He accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of making baseless allegations against the Election Commission out of fear of defeat.

Choudhary, a star campaigner for BJP, addressed election meetings in seven assembly constituencies, including Sangam Vihar and Chandni Chowk. He said that voters, disillusioned with the corruption and false promises of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), are now placing their trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. He expressed confidence that BJP will form the next government in Delhi with a full majority.

On Friday, Choudhary campaigned in support of BJP candidates Satish Jain in Chandni Chowk, Deepak Choudhary in Badli, and Sanjay Tiwari in Burari. Earlier, he had canvassed for Chandan Kumar Choudhary in Sangam Vihar, Kulwant Rana in Rithala, Karamveer Karma in Sultanpur Mazra, and Banjarg Shukla in Kiradi. He criticized AAP for failing to support migrants from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh during the COVID-19 crisis and its aftermath, stating that people will respond through their votes.

He also targeted AAP over corruption, alleging that more than a dozen of its MLAs, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, and three ministers, including Kejriwal, have either been jailed or are out on bail in corruption cases. He claimed that both the party and its government are deeply involved in scams.
