Union Minister Confirms: Nitish Kumar to Remain Bihar CM!

Patna: Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Jayant Chaudhary arrived in Patna on Saturday to attend the convocation at IIT Patna. Speaking to journalists upon his arrival, he praised Bihar’s progress under Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, stating that the state is developing rapidly and will continue on the same trajectory.
Chaudhary also reaffirmed the strength of the BJP-JD(U) alliance, asserting that those who have closely worked with Prime Minister Narendra Modi cannot part ways with him.
When asked about the Delhi election results, the Union minister dismissed any speculation of a political shift. “There is an atmosphere not just in Delhi but across the country. The decision is clear—Bihar is moving forward under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, and we will continue on this path,” he said.
Highlighting the Centre’s support for Bihar’s development, Chaudhary said that the Modi government has unlocked funds for the state’s infrastructure projects. “Whether it is expressways or airports, both the Bihar government and the Centre are working at an accelerated pace,” he added.
Following his visit to IIT Patna, Chaudhary is scheduled to meet CM Nitish Kumar in the evening to review ongoing education and skill development initiatives. Addressing students appearing for the CBSE Class 10 examinations, he advised them to remain stress-free and encouraged parents to do the same, echoing PM Modi’s Pariksha Pe Charcha initiative.
