Lalu Visits Jehanabad, Predicts Tejashwi’s Victory in Next Elections

Jehanabad/Patna: RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday visited Mira Bigha village in Jehanabad’s Makhdumpur block to attend the Shraddha ceremony of Professor Chandrika Yadav. He was welcomed by party workers with flower garlands upon his arrival.
Paying tribute to Professor Yadav, Lalu described him as a dedicated and hardworking figure who played a crucial role in spreading education in rural areas. “His contributions will always be remembered,” he said.
Speaking to the media, Lalu made a bold claim about the next assembly elections, asserting that his younger son Tejashwi Prasad Yadav would form the government. Citing a survey, he claimed that Tejashwi had the support of 41% of the people for the chief minister’s post, compared to 18% for CM Nitish Kumar.
During his visit, the RJD chief also performed puja at a village temple. The event was attended by a large number of party workers, including local MLA Suday Yadav and Satish Das.
