Under the vigilant eye of the district administration in Patna, robust arrangements were put in place at the rally site to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
Danapur Municipal Council, along with Patna District Administration, provided essential facilities for the attending youth. These provisions included access to drinking water, reasonably priced food, and strategically located toilets. In a noteworthy initiative, the district administration deployed five buses near the exit gate of the rally venue, facilitating convenient transportation for candidates from the rally exit gate to Saguna Mor. Candidates appreciated this effort, acknowledging the increased convenience in commuting from the rally venue.
Addressing the candidates, Colonel Karan Mehta, recruitment director at the recruitment office in Danapur, urged future participants to carefully review the instructions outlined in the admit card and rally notification before arriving at the venue. He emphasized the importance of bringing all necessary documents, including class 10 and 12 mark sheets, board certificates, permanent resident certificates, character certificates issued by the office of Sarpanch and Superintendent of Police (SP), Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, bank account details, caste certificates, affidavits, and other documents specified in the rally notification.
Mehta highlighted the significance of reporting to the rally venue on the scheduled date and time for medical examination, ensuring a seamless process for successful candidates.
