Patna: The shooting of the much-anticipated Bhojpuri film Maa Ki Ladli, starring Amrapali Dubey and Jai Yadav, has been completed. The film, produced by Satyendra Yadav under the banner of Shreyas Music Studio and directed by Ravi Sinha, is now in post-production, with a trailer set to be released soon.
Written by Santosh Mishra and Vivek Mishra, Maa Ki Ladli is an emotional drama that explores the complexities of a mother-daughter relationship. Amrapali Dubey, who plays a pivotal role, described the film as particularly meaningful to her.“This film is very close to my heart because it beautifully portrays the depth and struggles of a mother-daughter bond,” she said. “During the shoot, I had to perform several intense emotional scenes, which were quite challenging. But the entire team has done an incredible job. I believe audiences will connect deeply with this story.”
Dubey also praised director Ravi Sinha and her co-star Jai Yadav, saying, “Our team has worked hard to make this film the best it can be. The audience will also enjoy my chemistry with Jai Yadav.”Alongside Dubey and Yadav, the cast includes Sanjay Pandey, Anup Arora, Ayaz Khan, and J Neelam in key roles. Cinematographer Manoj Singh has worked to enhance the film’s visual appeal, while Om Jha has composed the music, which features a collection of melodious songs. Choreographer Sanjay Kurve has designed the dance sequences, and action director Hiralal Yadav has overseen the stunts and fight scenes.
With post-production now underway, the film is in the final stages of editing and technical refinement before its theatrical release. Bhojpuri cinema fans are eagerly awaiting the trailer, which is expected to drop soon, fuelling speculation that Maa Ki Ladli could make a strong impact at the box office.
