Patna : Gold prices in Bihar dipped slightly today, with 24-karat gold priced at approximately Rs 95,160 per 10 grams. Prices fluctuated during the day, ranging from Rs 95,064 to Rs 95,353, reflecting a cautious trend in the local bullion market.
The slight dip comes amid ongoing global economic uncertainties, which continue to influence the precious metals market. As one of the key gold-buying regions in eastern India, Patna has witnessed consistent demand, particularly with the ongoing wedding and festive season.
Local jewellers reported a steady flow of customers, many of whom are looking to make purchases before any potential rise in prices. “Buyers are showing interest in both 22- and 24-karat jewellery, with steady bookings being made for upcoming weddings,” said a Patna-based jeweller.
Experts advise consumers to monitor daily gold rates in Bihar closely, as prices may be affected by international developments, currency movements, and local taxation policies.
