Patna: A spirited blend of discipline and creativity marked a memorable day in the ongoing summer camp at Patna Women’s College, where students participated in the concluding session of their Taekwondo training. Led by instructor Jyoti Kumari, the final session offered a recap of key techniques along with the introduction of new exercises to boost physical strength and coordination. The session ended on a high note with a group photograph, capturing the enthusiasm and progress of the young participants.
Later in the day, the focus shifted from physical training to artistic expression with a painting competition organised under the guidance of Dr. Manjula Sushila and supported by the Student Council. Students were divided into seven groups and invited to express their creativity on the theme Operation Sindoor, dedicated to the Indian Army. The artworks reflected themes of courage, sacrifice, and national pride, demonstrating the students’ deep respect for the armed forces.
The results of the competition are set to be announced on Thursday.
Participants shared that the Taekwondo sessions had strengthened not only their bodies but also their sense of discipline and confidence. With more activities lined up in the coming days, the summer camp continues to inspire and energise the students.
