Two Killed, Four Injured as CNG Auto Rickshaw Catches Fire in Bihar

A CNG auto rickshaw burst into flames on the Muzaffarpur–Darbhanga highway, killing two and injuring four.

Muzaffarpur: Two people were burnt alive and four others injured after a CNG powered auto rickshaw caught fire on the Muzaffarpur–Darbhanga four-lane highway in Bihar’s Gayghat area.

The injured were rushed to Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) for treatment. Their conditions remain unknown.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined. Local residents rushed to the scene in large numbers, and police arrived shortly after being alerted. Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
