Patna: Patna is preparing for a vibrant Independence Day celebration, with the iconic parade at Gandhi Maidan set to be broadcast live across 15 locations in the city. This year, the parade will feature 15 tableaux, drawing large crowds eager to witness the festivities.
For those unable to attend in person, the Patna Smart City administration has arranged live coverage on Variable Message Display (VMD) screens installed at prominent spots across the city, including JP Golambar, Kargil Chowk, Zoo Gate No. 1, AIIMS Patna, Digha Golambar, Boring Road Square, and Kankarbagh Main Road.
In addition to the live broadcast, major buildings around Gandhi Maidan have been illuminated in the theme of the tricolour. Structures such as Biscoman Bhawan, Gyan Bhawan, Bapu Sabhagar, Sri Krishna Science Center, and Udyog Bhawan are adorned with saffron, white, and green lights, creating a striking display of patriotism.
