Patna: Patna has been left in shock after the bodies of two young siblings were discovered in a car in Indrapuri under Patliputra police station limits. The victims, identified as 7-year-old Laxmi and 5-year-old Deepak, had left their home on Road No. 12 on Friday afternoon to attend tuition. When they did not return, family members began searching for them.
In the evening, local residents noticed a foul smell coming from a car parked near the children’s home and alerted the police. Upon opening the vehicle, officers found the lifeless bodies of the two children inside.
Police have sent the bodies for post-mortem examination and confirmed that the case is being investigated from all angles. Officials stated that the car had been parked in the same spot for several hours before the discovery.
The incident has sparked public outrage and fear, with residents demanding swift action to find those responsible. Investigators are examining evidence to determine how the children were killed and whether they were placed in the car after their deaths.
