Patna: Senior officials in Bihar have unveiled the Civil List Booklet 2026, a comprehensive directory detailing the service records of officers across key state administrative services.
The booklet was launched on Wednesday at an event organised by the state’s general administration department at the Old Secretariat in Patna. Among those present were Additional Chief Secretary B. Rajender, Finance Secretary Rachna Patil, Higher Education Secretary Rajiv Roshan and Special Secretary Geeta Singh, along with other senior officials.
Speaking at the event, Rajender said the publication compiles essential service-related information of officers from the Indian Administrative Service, Bihar Administrative Service, Bihar Secretariat Service and Bihar Secretariat Stenographic Service. The booklet includes detailed profiles and photographs, aimed at improving accessibility of official records and supporting administrative work.
He also acknowledged the efforts of the officers and staff involved in preparing the publication, congratulating them for their contribution.
Other officials present included Additional Secretary Rajneesh Kumar, Joint Secretary Jagdish Kumar, JAD Sanjay Kumar and district public relations officer Tapish, along with departmental employees.
