Patna: A 72-year-old man from Bihar’s Jamui district, Kapildev Rawat, has completed a high-altitude paragliding flight at approximately 24,000 feet in Himachal Pradesh.
The feat marks a significant personal milestone for Rawat, who took up the adventure despite his age. He said the support and encouragement of his children played an important role in helping him pursue the experience.
A Memorable Flight
After flying thousands of feet above the valleys of Himachal Pradesh, Rawat described the experience as one of the most memorable moments of his life.
He said the flight gave him a strong sense of being close to the sky and brought a mix of excitement, happiness and emotion.

Rawat said age should not prevent people from taking on new challenges when they have the support and encouragement needed to pursue them.
Speaking about his children, he became emotional and said their cooperation was central to making his dream possible.
