Patna: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the last date for registration for the Matric and Intermediate Annual Examinations 2028 to October 24, 2026. The earlier deadline was October 10.
The extension gives eligible students who missed the initial registration deadline another opportunity to complete the process. The board has directed schools to ensure that all eligible students are registered within the revised time limit.
Class 11 Students Can Register for Intermediate Exam
For the Intermediate Annual Examination 2028, students in Class 11 who have not yet registered can complete the process by October 24.
According to the board, heads of the concerned educational institutions must log in to the official website, intermediate.biharboardonline.com, using their user IDs and passwords to complete the registration process.
Students should contact their respective schools for assistance and confirmation that their registration has been completed.
Class 9 Registration Deadline Also Extended
The deadline has also been extended for students in Class 9 who will appear for the Matric Annual Examination 2028.
School heads must complete their registration through the board’s official website, secondary.biharboardonline.org, using their institutional login credentials.
The extension is intended to ensure that eligible students are not left out of the examination process because they missed the earlier deadline.

The board has asked educational institutions to complete the registration process within the revised schedule.
