Muzaffarpur: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University (BRABU) is preparing to conduct the entrance examination for admission to its LLB and pre-law courses by the end of October 2026.
The university is currently reviewing applications submitted by candidates. Examination centres will be finalised after the scrutiny process is completed, according to the information reported.
The entrance examination is an important step in the admission process, and candidates are waiting for confirmation of the examination schedule and the subsequent admission procedure.
Applications Under Review, Exam Centres Yet to Be Finalised
Candidates who have applied for the law courses have reportedly been visiting colleges and the university to enquire about the admission process.
The university will determine the examination centres based on the applications received. The entrance test is expected to be held after the application review is completed.
The admission process will move forward after the examination is conducted and its results are declared.
Admission Delay Raises Concerns Over Academic Calendar
The delay has also affected the timeline for the academic session. Classes for the 2026 session are generally expected to begin around June or July, but admissions had not been completed by October.
This delay could push back the next stages of the academic calendar, including the start of classes for newly admitted students.
Candidates Await Official Schedule
For now, applicants must wait for the university to complete the scrutiny of applications and announce the examination arrangements.
Candidates should monitor official communications from BRABU and their respective colleges for confirmed dates, examination-centre details, results and further admission instructions.
