BPSC 69th Final Results Announced: Ujjwal Kumar of Vaishali Tops, 470 Candidates Selected
Patna: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has declared the final results of the 69th Combined Civil Services Examination. A total of 470 candidates have successfully cleared the exam, with Ujjwal Kumar from Vaishali securing the top rank. Sarvesh Kumar and Shivam Tiwari secured the second and third ranks, respectively. The recruitment process was conducted for 475 vacancies, and interviews were held in two shifts between October 15 and October 30.
The notification for the BPSC 69th examination was issued on June 27, 2023, with applications open from July 15 to August 9. The preliminary examination, held on September 30, 2023, witnessed participation from 2,70,412 candidates. Of these, 5,299 candidates were shortlisted for the mains examination, which was conducted from January 3 to January 6. The mains results were announced on August 31, 2024, with 1,295 candidates qualifying for the interview round.
The teacher recruitment exam (TRE) for classes 9 to 12 is also in its final phase, with results expected this week. The commission has announced that the reservation roster clearance will be uploaded on its website soon, marking the next step in the recruitment process.
The successful completion of the 69th BPSC examination highlights the efforts of the candidates and the commission in conducting the recruitment process for the state’s administrative services.
