AIIMS-Patna Hosts Cutting-Edge Gynecology Endoscopy Workshop in Collaboration with IAGE
PATNA – The Gynecology Department at AIIMS-Patna, in collaboration with the Indian Association of Gynecological Endoscopists, today organized a workshop on Gynecology Endoscopy at AIIMS-PATNA.
Gynaecological endoscopy, commonly known as keyhole surgery, has revolutionized the approach to gynecological surgeries, offering safer and more effective solutions for gynaecological and infertility issues. The workshop provided an opportunity for gynecologists to interact with renowned surgeons on the rapid advances in the field of endoscopy.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Gopal Krushna Pal, Executive Director of AIIMS Patna, in the presence of Dean (Academics) Dr. Umesh Kumar Bhadani, (professor) Dr. CM Singh, and Medical Superintendent. The organizing chairperson of the event was Dr. Anita Singh, and the organizing secretary was Dr. Mukta Agarwal. Dr. Gopal Krushna Pal, Executive Director of AIIMS Patna, congratulated the entire team of the Department of Gynecology, AIIMS Patna, for their efforts in advanced patient care.
The workshop showcased advanced endoscopy procedures by Dr. Pandit Palaskar, President, IAGE, Dr. Kalyan Barmade, Secretary IAGE, and renowned national faculties. All of them demonstrated their exceptional skills in 20 live surgeries, which were appreciated by the 300 delegates who also attended the event. This was an invaluable opportunity to promote, educate, and support gynecologists in serving the women of our state more effectively.
